The Mission
MMH Merch was created with intention—from the first sketch to the final print, it’s designed by the same hands behind MMH Men’s Mental Health CIC, a UK-based non-profit focused on helping men find support in ways that work for them.
This isn’t just merch. It’s a message.
Every item funds our signposting platform at mens-mental-health.co.uk, while also helping us donate to grassroots groups and good causes across the country.
Because real change starts with connection—and every hoodie, tee, or sweatshirt you wear helps spark that conversation.
What Does MMH Stand For?
MMH stands for Men’s Mental Health—on a personal level it also stands for My Mental Health.
MMH was born from lived experience—where silence once sat, now stands a platform.
Too many men are told to bury their struggles. To “man up.” To carry on quietly.
We’re here to flip that script.
